These times can be stressful for everyone, especially the elderly of the family. The senior citizens have been one of the worst affected sections of the society by the virus as they are more vulnerable to the virus. 

Continuously hearing about the Corona virus and it’s victims can cause anxiety and even depression in the senior citizens therefore meditation can help in relaxation.
