Presently working as Director Guru Nanak Institute of Management, one of the prestigious and A ranked Institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She has done B.Com, PGDCA, MBA, M.phil and Ph.D in Management. She has officiated as Deputy
Director Higher Education DSGMC for minority schools and colleges under the renowned trust of having a chain of 13 schools and 9 colleges affiliated to GGSIPU and University of Delhi.

She has a rich experience of over 18 years of academics and 8 years of Administrative work that adds to her understanding the operational phase of an educational sphere. She has published and presented numerous research papers, contributed book Chapters, Research
papers on various topics in National and International Conferences and Journals.

She is on board as an active research paper reviewer with National and International journals. She is an active member of International Association of commerce and Management (IACM). She has been resource person and guest speaker on various diverse issues in universities across India. She was awarded best Speaker in the seminar organized by LIC ‘Talking about issues and various behavioral pattern of customers’.

Besides various awards and appreciations she has actively been participating in various social activities, student counseling sessions and NGO’s assignments. In her passion to help and guide student fraternity, she has been actively coordinating & organizing various Career Guidance Fairs with more than 84 National and International Universities, Embassy’s Educational Bodies and Institutes, Educating students of Baramullah, J& K in collaboration with Indian Army and many more.
